So I'm a lair when it comes to when I'm going to update. It's okay though, it's a goal I'm looking to make =]

As perusal during the summer, I had an exciting week, though not as dramatic as last week thank God.
I was chillin at my desktop last Thursday, chatting to a few friends when my dad walks with this huge Pitt bull and says '
Look at this dog I stole from a meth-head, he's starved!'
You can imagine the look on my face when he said that. Like really? WTF dad? But that poor dog! it had been beaten and left outside (that week, the coolest temp was about 80°F, or 27°C) with no food and little water. The poor thing was terrified of humans!
So I got him some water and cleaned his wound around his eye where he had been kick, wile my dad got him some food and called to find a good home for him. I'm happy to say that the dog is getting healthy again
Then on Friday, I went to celebrate my friends
21st! We started the day early by trying to find the new DMV so she can get her I.D changed (legally in Washington, they can't sever you alcohol if your I.D is vertical, even if it says your of age). After two hours of looking we found it, waited for another 2 hours about for her number to get called and when they got to the number just before hers, she says to me, "
I'm ready to go now, Lets get pizza!"
Four hours of looking and waiting and we didn't even get the I.D so she could buy me a drink.
So we went and I bought us lunch. She was planning to have lunch party with her closes American friends around the time we were eating, but she told me that no one would show anyways and that she just wanted to hang out at the Seattle Centre. As we were on our way back to my house to drop off my stuff, she gets a call from one of the people we use to work with back at SSCC.
Apparently, people did show up. And they've been waiting since the time when
we were eating. And they were getting ready to leave.
I told her I didn't take
anyblame for her missing her own party lol. It took us an hour to reach the restaurant called !Cactus!, but at least a few people where still there plus, we bumped into one of the guys that had left so it was cool.
It sucked that this place actually did a good job of checking I.Ds because it was a popular spot. But the b-day girl was able to order her drink thanks to a nice waitress and I order a virgin drink called the
Perfect Prickly Pear and had a friend buy a few shots to throw in there. It was perfect
The next day I was off to
PULLMAN! It was a LONG ride there and back(about 810 miles round trip plus I took the bus because it was cheaper), But I'm really ready just to start school already. There's less than a month before I move out and I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning!
The day after I got back home (yesterday), I went on a date like thing with this guy named James. My friend who just tuned 21 calls him Woody because he's always texting me from the woods.
We both thought that he's be piggish, just based on some of the things he sent me but wow we were completely wrong! He did gymnastics, can quote Shakespeare--and likes it to read his works-- in to fantasy, likes Disney (HUGE plus, because I'm a major Disney fan) likes the music that I'm into and he can carry on an intelligent conversation.
I've been looking for a guy friend to filled the void that my current ones are going to leave when we move away and By Golly, he might just be the man! He told me that he thinks he want to get back with this girl from Idaho (where he's from, he's country, which is another plus 'cause I like the accent), which makes things even better because he won't flirt with me.
Not to say that he didn't thought. We were talking about eye colour. His are baby blue. He tells me, "
Yah, most women just melt when they see my eyes" I say, "Most people like light blue eyes, but I actually prefer dark blue, hazel or any shade of green."
He kinda gives me this 'Wow, Really?' look and then says "
Geez, you sure know how to kill a man's ego"
I took that as an compliment hahaha. ♥
